The pasta factory “Granodoro” produces handmade pasta in harmony with nature and tradition.
This unique brand of pasta owes its fine taste to the durum wheat semolina selected, pure spring water and clean mountain air and to the knowledge and hard work of the pasta-makers who dedicate with passion to this activity.

These are the ingredients to produce a healthy and natural product for our customers.
Our small family-run business makes fresh handmade pasta using only durum wheat semolina.
We have been making pasta with passion and dedication for ten years in our small factory surrounded by an ancient chestnut grove located at about 1000 mt. above sea level, in the heart of Pollino National Park in southern Italy.

We make it the traditional way, using only spring water and durum wheat semolina from local mills.
Our small innovative machines work the dough not only by extrusion but also by friction, giving our products the genuine taste of handmade pasta.
Our customers appreciate the fact that our pasta maintains its consistency throughout the cooking process so that it is guaranteed to be “al dente”
Thanks to quality ingredients and skillful processing at all stages of production (pasteurisation, packaging in a protected atmosphere and sterilization), Granodoro provides a genuine taste experience.
