Andrea Zanatta and Francesco Zorzetto are two friends who have been running "La Cantina" for over 15 years, a very well-known place in Venice, where both Venetians and foreigners can appreciate the warm welcome tasting a rich selection of wines and and always fresh quality food. However, after a while the owners decided that this wasn't enough and decided to start a new experience. For some time now, this duo of palate and wine masters reserves a novelty to the visitors of their tavern: to offer a beer of their own. Attracted by the idea of ​​producing their own beer, given the recent rise in Italy of many microbreweries, Andrea and Francesco decided to get involved, confident in their potential and ability, focusing on quality. Since October 2007, spurred by the polite insistence of his father, Andrea, has begun experimenting and refining the "Perfect Formula". Everything starts from the choice of the water: that of the springs of the area of ​​Morgano (in Treviso Province). His beers, tested by his father and his friends, following by the demanding palates of "La Cantina", have received numerous appreciations so far.
