Dal Colle history dates back to 1896, when Mr. Egidio Dal Colle founded the company.
He was the first user of a special ingredient, which would become very successful in the following years: sourdough.

Nowadays Beatrice and Alvise
(Dal Colle 4th generation) are proudly taking forward the founder’s business, with passion and determination.


Italian typical seasonal items (such as Panettone and Pandoro during Christmas time and Colomba at Easter) have always been our core-business. Furthermore, our company also developped a wide assortment of snacks (croissants, cakes, sponge cakes…).

Since 1896 reaching high quality standards is our main commitment. We aim to constantly improve ourselves to respond to the new market demands in the best way possible.
