The company has 4.5 hectares: 25% of production is destined to the fresh market, the remaining percentage to the processing industry. The bergamot campaign of the Società Agricola Quattrone runs from late September/early October to early February. The initial prospects for the coming seasons are promising and, considering all the variables, will reach a total volume higher than in previous years.
