The “soppressata” is a meat similar to the sausage if not for the pig cuts used which are more valuable (thigh and loin) and for the spicy with the black pepper that characterizes it.
Ingredients: pig meat (obtained from the slaughter of domestic animals of the porcine species), salt and black pepper.
Intense, aromatic, pleasant and slightly spicy smell. Brown Red (lean part) and pearly white (greasy part). Typical spicy flavor. Consistent and compact structure to the cut.
